PLANNING DRAWINGS
It all begins with an idea.

The first step of any project is for us to visit the site and gather as much information about your proposal and the existing property. We will then advise on whether the project will need Planning Permission or falls under Permitted Development.
If your project exceeds the parameters of Permitted Development, then Planning Approval is required. Planning approval is the formal permission granted by you Local Authority, that allows a proposed construction or land-use development to proceed, ensuring that it complies with local planning policies and regulations. It typically applies to new buildings, major renovations, changes in land use, or significant alterations to existing structures.
The purpose of planning approval is to ensure that developments are suitable for their surroundings, promote the well-being of the community, and support sustainable growth. It takes into account factors such as environmental impact, infrastructure needs, aesthetics, and local community interests.
The application typically includes detailed plans, drawings, reports, and a description of the proposed project. These documents help the authorities assess the impact of the development on the environment, community, and surrounding areas. All of our fixed price packages offer this as standard. Within each package the quotation will include the submission and fee.
With more protected sites, such as in a conservation area, or with buildings that are listed, additional information will be required to support your Planning Application. Further information is provided when choosing one of our fixed priced PACKAGES.
