Detailed Measured Survey
We will visit you project address and undertake a full measured survey to help us accurately produced detailed drawings.
Application Submission
You are required to pay for all application fees, but we will undertake to task of submitting and keep an eye on them, until approval is granted.

Basic PLUS
This Basic Package include the addition of detailed plans for Full Plans Building Regulation Approval.
Along with the submission of a planning application, once approved we will submit an application to an approved regulator to obtain Full Plans building approval, ensuring you project will pass all inspections.
